Woodlands North and Woodlands Checkpoint MRT Stations are approximately 2km away from the development.

The blocks’ design will incorporate brown accents and tones that are inspired by the history of Woodlands town, named after its densely wooded appearance when viewed from Johor the town, according to.
Nearby amenities include a market and food center in the neighbourhood centre, as well as Causeway Point shopping complex, Woodlands Civic Centre and Admiralty Park.
The 791-unit project is among 1,590 flats being inaugurated in Woodlands in June. It will also comprise three-generation units.
Tampines GreenTopaz is a four-block complex of 12 to 13 floors, and 561 flats in two-room flexi, and four- or five-room configurations. One block will include 24 rental apartments.
The development will have shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a preschool. It is close to Tampines Park Connector, which will lead to Bedok Reservoir Park.
The June sale will include more than 6,800 new flats in addition to developments in Jurong East, Queenstown as well as Kallang/Whampoa and Yishun. HDB has not announced the date of launch.
The first BTO project to be announced in Chencharu will consist of 1,270 units in Yishun which is a rapidly growing housing zone.
More than 19,600 BTO apartments will be sold in three sales campaigns between now and 2024.
The final launch of 2024 is scheduled for the month of October. It is also the year that new flat classifications are set to take the market, such as Prime Plus, Standard, or Prime.
BTO units in choicer locations are classified under the categories of Prime and Plus and come with more stringent resale conditions like a minimum of 10 years occupation period (MOP) and the possibility of a clawback subsidy.
Standard flats will comprise the bulk of the public housing stock. They will come with an MOP of 5 years and no restrictions for resales buyers.
